Weight: 150g
Flavour Profile: Light Honey, Floral
This tea comes from the Alishan mountain region of central Taiwan, one of the island’s most famous areas for high-mountain oolong. The cool climate and frequent mountain mist allow the tea leaves to grow slowly, developing the smooth texture and fragrant character that Alishan teas are known for.
When brewed, the tea produces a clear golden liquor with a soft floral aroma. The flavor is smooth and gently sweet, with notes of orchid and fresh mountain greens. The finish is clean and lingering, leaving a delicate sweetness on the palate.
Brewing Guide
Best prepared with short infusions to highlight floral aroma, sweetness, and clarity.
Start slightly cooler for a softer, more floral cup. Increase temperature gradually if you want more body and sweetness.
