We are a Canadian Taiwanese based company built around direct connections with producers in Taiwan’s major tea regions. Through our partners we are able to source a variety of cultivars from small mountain farms all the way up to large scale award-winning producers.
We regularly attend tea exhibitions in Taiwan to review new products and cultivars and are excited to continue to bring an authentic slice of our culture to North America!

Traditionally Prepared
Our teas are still picked and dried by hand, then shaped through repeated cycles of slow roasting and rest. This is a traditional method where each pass deepens aroma and rounds out flavour, with time in between for the leaf to settle and dry. Where we do things differently is after. Modern sealing and storage technology locks in the volatile compounds that give high mountain tea its rich and complex flavour profile.
