Weight: 20 3D TeaBags (~4g/bag)
Flavour Profile: Cinnamon, Goji, Floral
This tea is made from Taiwan Tea No.18, often known as Ruby Black Tea, grown in Yuchi Township near Sun Moon Lake. The Yuchi region has long been the center of Taiwan’s black tea production, and its climate and elevation are especially well suited to developing the deep aroma and character that Ruby tea is known for.
The tea is fully oxidized, producing a bright, clear red liquor with a naturally rich fragrance. Ruby black tea is distinctive for its warm spice notes, often compared to cinnamon, along with subtle floral and fruity aromas.
The flavor is smooth and mellow with a full body and a gentle sweetness that lingers on the palate. This depth of aroma and balanced flavor has made Ruby No.18 one of the most recognizable black teas produced in Taiwan.
This tea is packaged using whole tea leaves in triangular tea bags, allowing the leaves to open fully during brewing while offering a convenient preparation.
